If an Item is not customised with monogramming, we will be able to offer a store credit for the item. Post to our warehouse; 3/41 Smith St, Hillsdale, 2036 and we will organise an exchange/ store credit.
If the monogramming begins to fade on your item, please send to our warehouse; 3/41 Smith St, Hillsdale, 2036. We can re-monogram your item and post back to your address.
We use three main types of leather: saffiano, full-grain pebbled, smooth calf-skin and vegan leather (composite microfibre faux leather made from polyutherane). For more information, please visit this link to find out more!

Monogramming is an artform and this means every personalised item is unique for each customer. Some font size, monogram placement may be slightly smaller or larger or differ compared to what is viewed online.
Our orders arrive in our stunning pink satchels! Larger items are packaged in our beige linen dust bags. All to protect your items in the shipping process. If you require a handwritten note, please email our customer service team on email@example.com to include in your parcel.
