Choose from our range of flat products that can be monogrammed live, such as luggage tags, notebooks, portfolios, passport holders, and laptop sleeves.

If you’d like to personalise structured items like bags, we can arrange for them to be monogrammed in our office after the event and shipped directly to your guests.

Want to feature your corporate logo? We’ll emboss it onto products ahead of time, so everything is ready before the event.

Step2: Set up with ease

You only need to provide a standard desk (1.5m wide), a chair, and access to power. We take care of everything else. Our team sets up and packs down in under 30 minutes, ensuring a seamless addition to your event.

We’ll handle all logistics and coordination, working around your schedule so the monogramming experience flows effortlessly with your event.

Step3: Watch personalisation happen in real time

At your event, we’ll have two dedicated team members to manage the monogramming stand — one to take attendee names and another to personalise their items. Guests will always know their wait time, and finished products will be clearly displayed for easy pickup.

Pricing is customised based on event details and travel requirements. We are based in Sydney but can travel interstate and overseas. Contact us for a quote.

Is onsite monogramming suitable for all types of events?

Most indoor events work well. Outdoor events may be challenging due to wind affecting foil monogramming and the need for a stable power source.

How much space do you need for setup?

We only require a standard desk or table (about 1.5m wide), a chair, and access to power.

Can the monogramming service include our company’s logo?

Yes, but logos must be embossed onto products before the event, not live onsite.
