We had the pleasure of bringing a personal touch to the Qantas Business Lounge experience, making travel even more special for business travellers.
On one date, our teams set up in the Qantas Business Lounges at the Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane airports, offering on-the-spot monogramming for passengers before they took off.
How it worked
To create a seamless experience, we pre-embossed 6,000 premium luggage tags with the Qantas logo, distributing 2,000 to each location. Passengers could then have their tags personalised with their own initials, creating a stylish and practical travel essential in just minutes.
The goal? To give travellers a thoughtful, useful gift while adding a little fun and engagement to their Qantas Business Lounge experience.
