We offer flexible pricing, with daily rates for full/multi-day events and hourly rates for shorter events.
How much do you charge for events?
Pricing is customised based on event details and travel requirements. We are based in Sydney but can travel interstate and overseas. Contact us for a quote.

Yes! Personalised gifts are highly valued, and because they are free giveaways at events, attendees are eager to receive them.

How much space do you need for setup?
We only require a standard desk or table (about 1.5m wide), a chair, and access to power.
How long does it take to set up and pack down?
Setup and pack-down take a maximum of 30 minutes.
Does the monogramming equipment require special technical support?
No, our equipment is self-contained and only requires a standard power source.
Won’t monogramming disrupt the flow of our event?
No, we design our service to complement your event, with efficient queue management and strategic placement to minimise congestion.
Can the monogramming service include our company’s logo?
Yes, but logos must be embossed onto products before the event, not live onsite.
How can we ensure the monogramming meets our brand standards?
We use high-quality materials and expert techniques. Samples can be provided before the event to ensure alignment with your brand’s expectations.
What types of items can you monogram onsite?
We can personalise flat items such as luggage tags, notebooks, and passport holders. Bags and structured items can be monogrammed in our office after the event and shipped to attendees.
What are your most popular corporate products?
Luggage tags, notebooks, tech cases, laptop sleeves, keyrings, compendiums, and phone cases are our most popular items.
Will monogramming take too long and cause long wait times?
No. We have two dedicated team members — one to take names and another to do the monogramming. We inform attendees of wait times and display finished products for easy collection.

Are monogrammed items durable?
Yes. Blind monogramming (debossed into leather) is permanent. Gold or silver foil monogramming may fade over time, especially with frequent friction.
