Disappointed

I have bought this before and loved it. I reached out to the team to let them know that it had arrived a little worse for wear as they hadn’t packaged it very well. I initially heard back and then radio silence after reaching out multiple times. I called and spoke to someone who said they would send out a replacement and still nothing. I have reached out again and no one has responded. Very disappointing as I’ve bought many things in the last and have always been happy. Customer service has not been on point this time around. The wallet was a Father’s Day present and doesn’t look like it’s worth as much as we paid for it 😞
