At Red Hat Summit Connect, held at the Ritz Carlton in Melbourne, Olivia & Co. partnered with Red Hat and Conference Works to create a highly engaging, interactive brand activation. With a focus on technology-driven engagement, Red Hat introduced a QR code-based memory game, rewarding participants with a personalised gift—monogrammed on-site in real time.

The Red Hat marketing team designed an engaging QR code activation, where attendees played a quick memory game on their phones. After completing the game, they were invited to our station to receive a customised gift—a seamless blend of technology, engagement, and personalisation.

At our monogramming station we personalised luggage tags, pouches, keyrings, and cardholders on the spot. Guests watched as their initials were embossed in real time, making each item uniquely theirs.
