I would like to revoke my 4 star review on both the product, the slouch tote bag & follow up customer service from January. As the leather on & near seam of bag bag has peel after only two weeks of uses. This bag was given to my 31yr old daughter for her January Birthday. She was so happy with the product to start with after only two weeks of using her bag for work. She notice the Leather had peeled near the bottom seam. She contacted Olivia&Co & she was told it was her fault & that was the end of that conversation. Even though she uses the bag only for work, it sits on her desk all day while she's at work & the bag sits on the passenger seat in her car when she it driving to & from work. Good quality leather should not wear like this of peel. Extremely disappointed 1/ the product first & foremost & 2/ The dismissive Customer service received.
