AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Free express or courier shipping on orders over $120.
Only $8 for express or courier shipping on orders under $120.
Bulky items (such as luggage) may incur additional shipping charges and may not be sent by express or courier to reduce the cost to you.

Following dispatch, Australian orders will usually be received in 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped by Australia Post or by courier. There is no signature required on delivery. All shipping partners may leave packages unattended at your location.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:

$10 shipping to New Zealand with tracking.
$25 Express International shipping to New Zealand with tracking.
Bulky items (such as luggage) may incur additional shipping charges and may not be sent by express or courier to reduce the cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (AEST/AEDT). Shipping rates and methods will be displayed in your cart at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking by email and receive updates during the delivery process (for both Australian and International orders).

You can track the status of your order after it has been shipped using the Australia Post tracking number provided in your “Order Shipped” email.

If the item(s) has been held up with Australia Post or the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Australia Post or the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

Please note - it is critical that you double check your shipping address before purchasing because once the order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you enter an incorrect delivery address and the parcel is “returned to sender”, you will incur a shipping fee to ship it back to the correct address. Olivia&Co. will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays or strikes. Olivia&Co. does not charge import duties or taxes when shipping outside Australia. Customers outside Australia may need to pay import duties according to their own country's tax laws. Delivery occurs at the customer’s risk.

Monogramming

Uniquely monogrammed just for you, our talented monogram artists prepare your chosen product with the utmost care, paying attention to detail and ensuring the end product is what you expect it to be. 

Our artists select the monogramming size, placement, and style based on your product and text selection.

Monogramming is an art, therefore some colours, fonts, sizes, and placements will vary to what is viewed online. Don’t forget to double-check your order to make sure monogramming positioning, colour, and size are correct. Amendments after an order is placed may not be possible due to our fast dispatch process. Depending on system settings, monograms displayed by our on screen "Personalise Me!" feature may use kerning (overlap or alignment of letter edges). Kerning is not available when monogramming as monogram letters are typeset in individual rectangular blocks. 

If you’re looking for a monogram which will last a lifetime, we suggest having your personalised items blind embossed. It’s sleek, timeless, and a classic option which everyone LOVES! You can’t go wrong. 

Monogramming with a coloured foil on pebbled or textured materials will not have edges that are as straight and defined as smooth materials. This is normal due to the nature of monogramming on textured materials. 

The product hardware (zips etc) does not change colour according to the monogram colour selected so please double check that you are happy with the selection.
